Kingsleigh Leadership was founded in the UAE by a leader with a decade of experience building and running businesses — founding and leading her own company serving government entities and five-star hotels, and managing hospitality and entertainment operations across borders.
She holds a leadership certificate from Harvard Business School Online and brings a practical, people-first approach shaped by real experience leading teams.

Do you work outside the UAE?
Yes. Online programs and advisory sessions are available internationally. Workshops, team-building, on-site training and in-person mentoring are delivered in the UAE.

Can my company enrol several managers?

Do I receive a certificate?
Participants who complete the program and its assessments receive a certificate of completion from Kingsleigh Leadership. It is not an academic degree.
